Shaun Daugherty’s professional career began at the age of 18 when he joined the U.S. Coast Guard. This job taught him organizational skills, attention to detail, and how to handle great responsibility. After 2 years as an Electronics Technician, 3rd Class, he decided to make his way back to the civilian world. Shaun then went to school for Computer Networking & Administration. During his time at school, which consisted of Keiser University and Daytona Beach Community College, he earned his A+ Comptia Computer Technician certification, as well as becoming a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.

Shortly after finishing school, he met Randy Johnson with Car People Marketing. Shaun used to come in and work on their company server, and soon after a few visits to work on the server and the other business computers, he accepted a job opportunity at Car People Marketing. Since then, with the help of Randy, Travis, and Alan, he has learned the service side of the car business well. He is now Rewards Program Manager and responsible for the Rewards Programs and the E-Marketing programs for Car, Harley-Davidson, RV, and PowerSports dealerships. This job has taught him how important that it is to have above average customer service and he takes pride in knowing that he is giving the best customer service that Car People Marketing and their clients can ask for.

Outside of work, Shaun enjoys spending time with his daughter, riding motorcycles, and going to the beach.
